Wednesday night wasn’t like your grandparent’s night in the drive-in. Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim took over part of the Rose Bowl in Pasadena to throw it back to the bygone experience of the drive-in, but with a modern twist. Sixty lucky cars and their passengers joined hundreds of others chilling in lawn chairs and bean bags to enjoy a night of free food and secret premieres of upcoming Adult Swim programming like Mike Tyson Mysteries, Robot Chicken and more. With food trucks dishing out free grub and trivia prizes like a PlayStation 4, the night was full of winners. Here are 14 lucky attendees who enjoyed the festivities.

When did you start watching Adult Swim programing? Since day one. I remember when Cartoon Network became a thing showing older shows and everything, They started doing Adult Swim. I loved the original bumps with the lifeguard yelling at the swimming pool. 
What is your favorite current Adult Swim show? Rick and Morty
What do you think makes a good Adult Swim show? It has to have the right mix of animation and adulthood. It needs to bridge the gap between a kid cartoon and having deeper adult humor.
Which Adult Swim show would you love to see brought back? Honestly probably Space Ghost Coast to Coast

What do you think makes a good Adult Swim show? It just has to be witty and something that's not necessarily the norm. Syndication stuff is good but the original animated shorts were great.
Which Adult Swim show would you love to see brought back? I'm nostalgic for Sealab 2021, but I wouldn't really want it back because it wouldn't be the same.
