According to sources, the actor will be making the public announcement Tuesday on the 'Today' show.

Charlie Sheen has had his fair share of personal problems, from substance abuse to soliciting prostitutes (Hell, a meltdown triggered his boot from Two and a Half Men), and tomorrow he'll be disclosing the largest personal announcement of his life on Today. That announcement? Revealing he is HIV-Positive. Or so says a source close to the actor.

"I've known about this a long time, it's not a surprise to me," acclaimed Hollywood publicist and crisis manager Howard Bragman told People. "I feel very sorry for his pain. And I hope it's used as a teachable moment for the world. This is a disease that can affect anyone."

Tune in to Today Tuesday morning to watch the 50-year-old actor make his announcement in an intimate interview with Matt Lauer.
