The NYC artist opens up about how she's bridged music and theater in to 'Retrograde' and her new project.

If there's two things I learned about Ariana and the Rose, she's one of the chattiest and yet most down-to-earth people I've met, and she's truly an artist. The stage has been her home since she was dancing as a kid and took that love of performance into theater and eventually music. The pop singer-songwriter recently released her new EP, Retrograde, and was welcomed with rave reviews at SXSW. And while music is a passion, she wants to tap back into her other creative outlets and bring the dance party scene back to New York City with Light + Space

I had the chance to sit down with Ariana at Caffe Reggio in Greenwich Village to talk about her journey into the arts, Retrograde and Light + Space. Hop to the next page to read the full interview.
