Netflix has revealed which of the Black Mirror: Bandersnatch endings has proved the least popular voting choice with viewers.

Whilst the streaming platform – which famously keep audience viewing figures guarded – did not reveal the number of viewers who chose which ending, they did reveal which ending proved least popular with audiences.

Released in December 2018, the choose-your-own-adventure movie lets users control the life of video games developer Stefan, with the impact of the choices growing more significant as the film progresses.

Soon after Netflix UK revealed on social media that British viewers were less likely to “throw tea” than their global counterparts, they revealed that “Out of the 5 main endings, the one where Stefan goes on the train with his mum *fights tears* was the path least travelled.” You can read the thread on social media here:

The news comes after Netflix revealed last week (January 9) that there was another secret ending to Bandersnatch, after thousands of fans became convinced that they’d finally nailed all the different conclusions to the Black Mirror movie.

Netflix revealed another ending to the film can be found by opening the door to the possibility of hundreds of easter eggs that are yet to be discovered.

“Think you’ve seen everything there is to see in Bandersnatch? Try picking up the family photo, ~twice~,” wrote Netflix on Twitter.

According to those who have chosen to pick up the photo twice, there’s quite a nice surprise. You’ll be able to see a cameo from Bandersnatch author Jerome F. Davies – who suddenly appears in Stefan’s dream and makes him go back and pick up his book instead.

Although it’s not as dramatic as the ending that sees Stefan jumping from a tower block, the easter egg was seemingly missed by the majority of Bandersnatch viewers.
